MAXI-COTE  MIX   

 It's a unique formula designed by Salinas and Son Inc; according to manufacturer specifications.
 The sealer material (STAR-SEAL), comes from the manufacturer plant as a quality concentrate and is intended to be diluted with water. If the product is not diluted, it does not  cure  properly  and  "tracks" (rub of) on shoes and  is  carried  into  homes  and businesses. If it is over diluted, the life expectancy of the product "decreases".
 Thinking in  quality  and  customer satisfaction  we designed  MAXI-COTE, formulated for a better sealcoat durability. It is a mixture of:
SILICA SAND:  Added to the mix for the following benefits. First, use of a mineral aggregate helps provide a good skid resistance surface. Second, the use of     a   mineral aggregate makes more durable product and long lasting     surface. If sealcoat contains aggregate the traffic actually wears down the aggregate  along  with  the  sealer, extending the life of the sealer. Hides minor deffects, improves traction, fills hairline cracks.
ADDITIVES: STAR (MACRO-FLEX). The life of coal tar sealers is greatly improved by  adding  additives wich provides a  superior  performance plus faster drying time. It is based on a modified Polymer Rubber Latex wich reduces tracking, sand  roll  out.  Reinforces and adds substancial benefits to Coal Tar Sealers:
